First Step towards Serving Humanity

As the year 2016 was nearing towards its end, the whole world was eagerly waiting to celebrate the birth of Jesus and was bussy singing carols , partying with friends & family , thats when we decided to extend our joy to the underprivileged section of our society . Amidst enjoying with family, somewhere down the line we forget about the one who don't even have the basic facilities forget celebrating luxuries, so we came up with an idea through which we could serve them and end our year with some good feeling of content .

So, after brainstorming for many days , thought of even taking into account some suggestions from others , perhaps most of them sounded very good but were not practical enough to be achieved before new year's Eve , so we decided to Distribute Blankets to the one who spend their nights shivering by the road side , 

We asked our friends & relatives to contribute a nominal amount of Rs.200 for  our noble initiative and we received an overwhelming response, far more than what we expected. Our contributors list not only restricted to a city of India rather than extended to the different parts of the world. We all know that - "To do something great , money is not everything, the thought and initiative is what counts the most " , this we even experienced in our current venture , the one who were not capable enough to contribute by monetary means, contributed their hardwork , joined us as volunteers , some started spreading the word wheras some came to help us distribute the supplies.

Atlast on new year's Eve when people across the globe were singing FELIS NAVIDAD , and some partying hard, we went to distribute the needy whatever supplies we collected apart from blankets. 

The smile on their faces actually made their and ours a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR.
